  • Wreaths are handmade, and natural variations may occur

  • Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings

  • Minor variations are normal and not considered defects

 

Pricing & Payments

  • Payment is required in full at checkout

Local Pickup & Delivery

D Sheree Designs currently offers local pickup and limited local delivery only in the Raleigh, NC area.

  • Pickup and delivery are available only at pre-selected locations, dates, and 1-hour time windows

  • Customers must select their preferred option at checkout

  • One-off, unscheduled, or custom deliveries are not offered

  • Customers are responsible for arriving on time during their selected window

  • Missed pickup or delivery windows are not eligible for refunds

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products and limited fulfillment schedule:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges

  • No refunds will be issued for missed pickup/delivery windows, changes in availability, or customer error

If an item is damaged at the time of pickup or delivery, it must be reported immediately.

 

Care & Use Disclaimer

  • Wreaths are decorative items only

  • Unless stated otherwise, wreaths are not weatherproof

  • Exposure to sun, rain, heat, wind, or moisture may cause natural wear
