Local Pickup/Delivery Policy

D Sheree Designs offers local pickup and limited local delivery only within the Raleigh, North Carolina area. 

Order Availability

  • All wreaths sold on our website are ready-made designs.

  • Custom orders are not accepted.

  • Availability is first come, first served. Once an item is sold out, it is no longer available.

Delivery - Raleigh, NC-Triangle Area

  • Local delivery is available throughout the Raleigh–Triangle area for a flat $20 delivery fee.

  • After your order is placed, we will contact you to coordinate a delivery date and time.

  • Delivery times are scheduled by mutual agreement and are based on availability.

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed-upon time.

Once a wreath is delivered, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.

Pickup - Clayton, NC

  • Free local pickup is available in Clayton, North Carolina.

  • After placing your order, we will work with you to schedule a pickup date and time.

  • Pickup details will be provided via order confirmation or follow-up communication.

Missed Pickup or Delivery

  • If a scheduled pickup or delivery is missed without prior communication, the order will not be refunded.

  • A new pickup or delivery date/time will be scheduled based on availability.

  • Orders will not be held indefinitely.

Condition of Items

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect their wreath at pickup or delivery.

  • Any issues must be reported at the time of pickup/delivery.

  • Once an item has been accepted, it is considered final.

No Refund Policy

  • Due to the handmade nature of our wreaths and limited pickup/delivery scheduling, all sales are final.

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Missed pickup or delivery windows

    • Failure to reschedule within available options

    • Changes in personal availability

    • Weather conditions outside of our control

Right to Modify Policy

  • D Sheree Designs reserves the right to update or modify this Local Pickup & Delivery Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and apply to future orders.
